Spring Training Begins
Spring Training Begins APRIL 19th!!!!

MAX, BANQUET, SPRING BREAK and MORE!!!
Our last max was a huge success with 17 of our players going over 200 pounds on the bench...
The banquet was enjoyed by all and highlight films are ready..see Coach Shaw.
The players will be off during spring break from the weightroom.
The summer schedule is complete and is just waiting to go out...
After the break will return to week three then do a max again to see if the short term sessions show more growth than a longer session going six weeks...we are doing a session with one, two, three, three and then max...
We do not wont to mess with success but we are testing....to get ready for our summer sessions.

Remember grade reports go out every two weeks the last one was March 16.

Begining Tuesday Feb 20th, 2007 West Morgan will begin the second weight max session of the offseason.

New Football Gear
Coach Chambers and Coach Shaw have purchase new travel gear and practice tees and shorts for the team.
The cost to the players will be $40.00.
The money will be needed two weeks after the items arrive.
The cost covers a new embroidered, drifit travel shirt, a new embroidered, drifit practice shirt, and a new pair of embroidered shorts that are also drifit.

Football Banquet
The West Morgan Football Banquet Is March 12 at 6:30 at the Trinity Baptist Church.
Players are expected to wear a dress shirt, slacks and/or a tie.
