Brooke's High Five

Class 1A-3A Top Five
1. Addison (1-0): Rebounded from a sizable loss in a jamboree game vs. Clay Co. by beating R.A. Hubbard to open the regular season. The Bulldogs' move up to 2A should be a successful one.
2. R.A. Hubbard (0-1): Dropped its season opener by a point to 2A Addison, but the Chiefs had their fair share of miscues. Fix those this week vs. Brilliant, and it should be a smooth start to the 1A, Region 8 schedule.
3. Hazlewood (0-1): Took a hard loss in its opener against 4A Tarrant. But look for the Golden Bears to display the talent in the coming weeks that gave them the confidence to play up.
4. Tanner (1-0): A team with potential at this point.
The Rattlers will get a true test against West Morgan this week.
5. West Morgan (1-0): Posted a road win in the season opener and hosts Tanner this week to begin 2A, Region 8 play.
